Where we ship

We deliver across the UK mainland. Shipping is free and insured, unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location (mainland addresses are faster than the Highlands, islands and other remote areas). These times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping costs

Unless stated otherwise, standard shipping across the UK is free. Any additional charges are always shown before you complete your order.

Tracking and confirmation

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the courier on delivery and contact us at the email on our Legal page. We will sort it out as quickly as possible.
